Job summary

Moore Teachers is partnering with a friendly primary school in the United Kingdom to recruit a Year 1 Class Teacher. You will take full teaching responsibility for a Year 1 class, plan engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum, and assess pupil progress.

You should hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification and have experience in Key Stage 1, demonstrating excellent behaviour management and a resilient, proactive approach to achieving positive outcomes for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Strong classroom practitioner with excellent behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Full teaching responsibility for a Year 1 class.
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with KS1 curriculum.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
• Creating a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Working closely with support staff, colleagues, and parents.
