Rise Park Academies is at an exciting time of transformation with a newly appointed Senior Leadership Team. We are seeking an exceptional Year Group Leader/Class Teacher to join our team who are committed to providing our children with a world class education which they so rightly deserve. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide excellent teaching and learning, ensuring that all learners progress and achieve excellent outcomes.

About the Role:
  • You will receive weekly leadership time.
  • To act as ‘Year Group Leader’ with day to day responsibilities for the quality and consistency of provision, standards and achievement in the year group and for making sure that the teaching and learning priorities of the school improvement plan are reflected in the work of the year group staff.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the school's continued development and play a major part in our future success.
  • To carry out associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Executive Headteacher.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to high-quality teaching and learning and has high expectations
  • Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
  • Has a passion for nurturing young minds and inspiring a love of learning
  • Is a reflective practitioner who is committed to their own professional development and open to trying new ideas
