The role requires effective classroom management, assessment of progress, safeguarding, and collaboration with colleagues, parents and school leaders to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of effective primary teaching practices and child development.
• They will have strong communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families, and a clear commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing and continuous professional development.
