Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an in-date Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Ability to load and unload equipment for delivery and hire.
• Capable of liaising with service, hire and sales teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic cosmetic upkeep of trucks.
• Comfortable assisting engineers and performing minor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with service, hire and sales departments for equipment requests.
• Assist loading and unloading delivery lorries and book items in or out.
• Move FLTs safely around the site to storage areas with a valid licence.
• Load, steam-clean and prepare trucks for hire.
• Assist engineers in the workshop and perform basic site maintenance.
• Occasionally deliver parts to engineers on site at client premises.
