Job summary

Oak Employment Ltd in Earls Colne, Essex, is recruiting a Yard Labourer for our busy distribution yard. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role with steady hours and weekly pay.

You will carry out general yard duties, load and unload materials, and support the team outdoors in all weather. Own transport is essential due to the rural site; prior yard or warehouse experience is advantageous. Salary is £14.00 per hour PAYE, with pension and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general yard duties and keeping the yard tidy and organised.

• Undertaking heavy lifting as part of the role.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
