Job summary

Haldane Fisher Limited in Lisburn is seeking a Yard Supervisor to efficiently supervise the yard team, ensure safe loading and accurate picking, and deliver great customer service. You will lead by example and set high standards, helping our customers build with confidence every day.

The role requires yard supervisory experience, FLT competence, and strong safety and people skills, plus a pride in delivering quality work aligned with our values.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Yard Supervisor to join us. In this role you'll supervise the yard team day-to-day, delivering safe, efficient loading, picking, and customer service. You'll lead from the front, set the standard, and bring the best out of your team. Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.
