Job summary

Huws Gray Swansea is seeking a Yard Supervisor to lead the Swansea yard team, manage stock, and support deliveries while ensuring a safe, well-organised working environment.

You will oversee yard operations, monitor stock levels, and coordinate goods in and out with our drivers. Training and development are offered to help you succeed, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift Driving Licence preferred and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing yard operations - working closely with Yard Operatives and Drivers.
• Managing stock levels - identifying faulty or damaged goods and reporting issues to the Branch Manager.
• Supporting deliveries - handling loading and unloading to keep things moving.
• Handling goods in and out - ensuring documentation is completed accurately on our systems.
• Working as part of a team - keeping the branch running efficiently and delivering excellent customer service.

We're now looking for a Yard Supervisor to join the team at our Swansea branch. You'll play a key role in keeping our yard running smoothly. You'll lead a team, ensuring stock is maintained and deliveries go out efficiently—all while creating a safe and well-organised environment.

What You'll Be Doing
