Huws Gray Group is hiring a Yard Supervisor for the Law branch in Scotland. You will lead a team, oversee yard operations, manage stock levels and assist with deliveries, while maintaining an organized and safe yard environment.

The role emphasises teamwork, strong service for customers, and flexibility in working arrangements with training provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Forklift Driving Licence is advantageous.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is valued; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing yard operations with Yard Operatives and Drivers.
• Managing stock levels and reporting faults or damaged goods to the Branch Manager.
• Supporting deliveries by loading and unloading to keep things moving.
• Handling goods in and out with accurate documentation on systems.
• Working as part of a team to keep the branch running efficiently and delivering good customer service.

We’re now looking for a Yard Supervisorto join the team at ourLawbranch. You’ll play a key role in keeping our yard running smoothly. You’ll lead a team, ensuring stock is maintained and deliveries go out efficiently—all while creating a safe and well-organised environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing yard operations - working closely with our Yard Operatives and Drivers
• Managing stock levels - identifying any faulty or damaged goods, and reporting issues to the Branch Manager
• Supporting deliveries - handling loading and unloading to keep things moving
• Handling goods in and out - ensuring all documentation is completed accurately on our systems
• Working as part of a team - keeping our branch running efficiently and delivering excellent customer service
