Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a dedicated Yard Team Member in Frome to support daily yard and store operations. The role focuses on stock handling, customer service, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for members and customers.

You will work as part of a team, on a permanent, full-time basis, with 37.5 hours per week on a rota. Good communication and attention to detail are essential, along with a forklift licence being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a yard/warehouse/retail environment preferred.
• Forklift licence advantageous.
• Good communication and IT skills essential.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the counter and in the yard.
• Receive, check and load stock accurately and efficiently.
• Support Point of Sale operations when required.
• Maintain external areas to a high standard of presentation.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support stock reviews.
• Participate in stocktaking and maintain stock file integrity.
• Follow health and safety procedures and UFAS regulations.
