Huws Gray is hiring a Yard Operative for our Law branch. You will support day-to-day yard operations, help customers find what they need, and contribute to a safe, well-organised environment. Training is provided and a positive can-do attitude is valued.

Flexible working options are possible, with additional benefits including a bonus scheme and pension. Previous forklift experience is a bonus but not essential, and commitment to customer service is key.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail/building materials setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a practical team environment.
• Willingness to learn and support yard operations.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with product selection and provide practical advice.
• Handle deliveries and check-in goods, ensuring safe storage and organisation.
• Load/unload vehicles and coordinate with driving teams to keep operations moving.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and secure yard for customers and colleagues.
