Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Upkeep: Clean, paint, and perform general maintenance on cabins and buildings as directed.
  • Servicing: Service mobile welfare units to ensure they're in top condition.
  • Repairs: Conduct site visits to carry out necessary repairs promptly.
  • Furniture Management: Check and store furniture returned to the yard, ensuring it's properly removed from cabins and placed back in storage.
  • Efficiency: Minimise material wastage and assist with the safe loading and unloading of cabins, buildings, and materials.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised yard and workshop at all times.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to current health and safety legislation to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in electrical work is highly beneficial.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
