Job summary

MGF is seeking a Yard Operative at Brownhills, with induction at the Rugeley depot. The role covers preparing equipment, loading vehicles, inspecting damages, and stacking gear, with forklift and hydraulic testing training provided.

You will join a national shoring solutions provider that designs, manufactures and maintains equipment. Expect guaranteed hours, overtime, leave benefits and training to support career growth within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy yard environment.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• FLT experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment i.e. assembling, sorting and testing.
• Assisting in loading/ unloading of company vehicles.
• Sorting, identifying and recording damages.
• Racking and stacking equipment.
• Driving Fork Lift Trucks (Training provided).
• Testing of Hydraulic equipment (Training provided).
