We're now looking for a Yard/Warehouse Operative to join the team at our Lincoln branch. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a practical team, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Yard/warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of the yard. Here’s what the job involves:
We're happy to explore flexible working options. Feel free to chat with us about it during the interview. While we might not be able to meet every request, we’ll always listen with an open mind and there’s no judgment in asking.
We’re not expecting you to know it all from day one – that’s what we’re here for. We’ll give you the training and support to help you hit the ground running. What really matters is that you’ve got a great attitude and you’re ready to pitch in and be part of the team. Got a forklift licence? That’s a bonus – but it’s definitely not a deal‑breaker.
