Centric Talent is recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a leading bathroom manufacturer in Bolton (BL3). The role is temporary to permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, 40 hours per week, with monthly pay at £12.87 per hour.

The position involves outdoor manual work, repairing pallets, loading/unloading, safety checks, and maintaining a tidy yard as part of a busy team. This is a hands-on role with long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a yard or similar environment is essential.
• Experience using hand tools would be an advantage.
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual approach.
• Happy carrying out manual work throughout the day.

About the Role

As a Yard Operative, you'll play an important role in supporting the site's operations by repairing and restoring wooden pallets, loading and unloading vehicles, carrying out routine safety checks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard.

This is hands-on role that involves working outdoors throughout the year, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy practical work and don't mind working in all weather conditions.
