Work type: Full time, Mon - Fri 40 hrs per week

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and reliable Yard Operative to support site operations. The role involves loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining an organised yard and warehouse, preparing upcoming jobs, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver service as defined in KPIs.
• Data entry/management in company systems.
• Operation of site plant and equipment including forklift trucks, air tools/pumps.
• Inspecting, cleaning, relabelling and maintaining all re‑usable containers.
• Minimising asset damage through correct use and regular inspections.
• Adhering to all procedures and controls within TBRAs.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping at all times.
• Participating in reviews of SOP, TBRA, MHRA.
• Adhering to working instructions from daily TBT.
• Performing value adding processes as directed by the Site Chargehand/Management.
