Job summary

Personnel Placements currently seeks a reliable Yard Loader Operator for part-time, on-call work. You will operate a loader safely in the yard, load and move materials, and help keep the yard tidy and compliant with site procedures.

Ideal candidates are experienced with loaders, safety conscious, flexible for day shifts, nights and weekends, able to work independently or in a team, with opportunity for more hours if skilled in operating other machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a loader in a yard setting.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to procedures.
• Able to be flexible for on-call, day, night and weekend shifts.

Yard Loader Operator – Part-Time / On Call
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our yard team on a part-time, on-call basis.

This role will suit someone who is flexible and available to work day shifts, night shifts and weekends as required.

About the role

• Operating a loader safely and efficiently within the yard
• Loading and moving materials as required
• Keeping the yard organised and operating safely
• Completing routine machinery checks and reporting any issues
• Following site procedures and health & safety requirements
• Working independently and as part of a team

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced and confident operating a loader
• Reliable, punctual and safety conscious
• Flexible and available for on-call work
• Comfortable working days, nights and weekends
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• A team player with a good attitude
