Job summary

Third Space Wimbledon is seeking passionate fitness coaches to lead Yard sessions, delivering CrossFit-style programming and inclusive, high-energy classes in an open-space setting.

You will coach with expertise in Olympic lifting and gymnastics movements, holding Level 3 PT or Level 2 Group Training, and you will foster a welcoming community among members with engaging instruction and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of CrossFit-style programming and delivery.
• Experience coaching or in-depth training history within Olympic lifting and gymnastics-style training.
• Level 3 Personal Training or Level 2 Group Training.
• Currently taught classes in an open-space setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach Yard concepts at Third Space.
• Motivate and inspire a community of members within the Yard space.
• Provide tailored coaching, maintaining safety and technique.
• Deliver engaging classes with clear instruction and progression.

We'll expect you to have great skills and knowledge across modalities in functional fitness and put the participants at the heart of the experience.

To teach our Yard concepts at Third Space you must have the following:

• Understanding of Cross Fit style programming and delivery
• Experience coaching or in depth training history within Olympic Lifting and Gymnastic style training
• Level 3 Personal Training or Level 2 Group Training
• Currently (or previously) taught classes in an open space setting

We're looking authentic, passionate coaches who are able to motivate and inspire a community of members within the Yard space. You'll have a strong awareness of individual coaching needs, keen to deliver engaging classes whilst providing technical guidance to ensure a world class member experience.

Location: Wimbledon

Starting rates are £35 for any new instructors at Third Space, but class pay can increase depending on skills and experience.
