Qualifications

• Competent in manufacturing knowledge related to timber and fibreglass.
• Understanding of safe working practices and Health and Safety.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Fit sailing hardware including winches and cleats.
• Install GRP/Fibreglass structures.
• Fit marine windows and hatches.
• Conduct quality testing through deluge.

Skills

Competent manufacturing knowledge (timber, fibreglass)

Knowledge of safe working practices

Relevant C&G Qualifications or equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Skilled use of hand and power tools

Reading and understanding technical drawings

Experience working with raw materials

Previous experience in marine industry
