We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly Year 6 team in a welcoming primary school in the Dengie area.

About the Role
  • Provide targeted support to pupils in English, maths, and SATs preparation
  • Work with individuals and small groups to boost confidence and progress
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom organisation
  • Support pupils with additional needs, promoting inclusion and wellbeing
  • Contribute to a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
About You
  • Have experience working with KS2 pupils (ideally Year 6)
  • Are patient, proactive, and supportive
  • Can build positive relationships with children and staff
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
