Rapiscan Systems Inc. is looking for a Factory Test & Commissioning Engineer in the United Kingdom. The candidate will play a critical role in producing x-ray equipment and will be responsible for commissioning complex baggage screening systems within a dynamic production environment.

The ideal applicant should have strong experience in fault finding on electrical panels and familiarity with PLC controls. A background in X-ray technology and relevant qualifications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in X-ray generation equipment is desired, but not essential.
• Experience with PLC controls, preferred on Allen Bradley platform with RS Logix.
• Proven experience in fault finding on complex electrical panels and circuits.

Responsabilités

• Conduct system electrical start-up and system testing.
• Perform fault finding on HVPS, A/C, CT Tubes and associated hardware/software.
• Support the development of testing documentation and work instructions.
