A leading healthcare provider in Manchester seeks a Senior Manager for Estates Services to oversee day-to-day operations. The role requires a strong background in project management and negotiation, with essential qualifications including a degree-level professional qualification. The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality service delivery across various properties, ensuring they meet the strategic needs of the Trust. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of £64,455 to £74,896 annually.
To support the WTWA Associate Group Director Estates in shaping the future provision of Estates Services across WTWA and associated properties. This will include the strategic development of services to ensure they are high quality, progressive, responsive to internal and external demand, patient focused and fully support the strategic and future operational needs of the service delivery contracts.
To be accountable for all day‑to‑day operational aspects of Estates Services Hard FM delivered across WTWA and associated properties, its partnership organisations and internal customers. This will include the support and development of services to ensure they are progressive, responsive to internal and external demand, patient focused, safe, efficient, and effective. The post‑holder is required to work within a robust governance structure and performance against agreed service standards and key performance indicators.
