Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full-time Assistant Manager and multiple Casual Coaches who form the wrap‑around care team, including staff rotas, training, development and performance management.


• Responsible for delivering the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


• Oversee the daily operations for the wraparound care provision, including planning activities, managing attendance and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.


• Ensure the operation is compliant with the schools policies and procedures relating to child protection, safeguarding and health and safety.


• Ensure the service meets Ofsted's and any other regulatory body requirements.


• Provide excellent customer service to the children, their parents, guardian and carers.


• Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with the client school.
