Job summary

Net Zero Careers Accelerator in Worthing is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of district heating infrastructure projects. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and specialists, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution from construction through to completion and handover.

The role requires leadership of project teams, tight coordination with the Project Manager, Client and stakeholders, and strict adherence to RAMS, risk assessments and method

Qualifications

• Experienced site manager capable of leading district heating infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery from construction through handover.
• Lead site teams, including supervisors and engineers.
• Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Monitor progress against the programme and plan for upcoming works.
• Develop and update construction programmes.
• Review work packages and ensure scope clarity.
• Chair regular site meetings and maintain records of actions.
