Job summary

IMG is seeking an Archive Producer to oversee archive clearances for the Netflix production of the Women’s World Cup 2027. You will work with Edit & Live Producers across English, Spanish and French productions and manage clearances for a third-party agency engaged by Netflix.

The role requires close collaboration with production leads and rights holders, ensuring timely, compliant clearance for live and non-live content across multiple territories and languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end archive clearance process for live match presentation and non-live content.
• Coordinate with Edit & Live Producers, IMG & third party agency to identify archive requirements.
• Manage archive clearances across English, Spanish and French language productions, aligning teams.
• Liaise with rights holders, broadcasters, federations and external suppliers to obtain permissions and costs.
• Maintain records of requests, rights status, usage restrictions, costs, approvals and contracts.
