We are looking for someone that has the potential to be a Worktribe Consultant to implement Worktribe Research or Curriculum Management software to UK Universities. You might be an experienced research system manager or senior research system administrator or analyst.

The role:
  • Oversee and execute system implementation initiatives from start to finish
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to drive project progress, collaborating closely with client and company teams
  • Provide expert consultancy services including facilitating workshops, offering strategic guidance, and assisting with data migration efforts
  • Take ownership of the client relationship by offering proactive support, strategic advice, and continuous value
  • Assist clients in preparing for and planning their system upgrades
  • Lead and support product demonstrations and user training sessions
  • Organise and align resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Requirements:
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation or upgrades and enhancements and have deep knowledge of the Worktribe product
  • 3 years+ exposure and experience with one or more modules such as Opportunities, Pre Awards, Post Awards, Ethics, Contracts, Outputs and Repository, REF or Curriculum Management
  • OK with weekly travel to UK Universities (average just over 1 day per week)
