Orchard Hill College – Sutton Region is seeking a Workstart / Employability Senior Teaching Aide to join the Sutton area team. The role is offered across two part-time patterns: 21.5 hours and 14.5 hours per week, with Grade 5/6 spine points 21.1–28 and Outer London weighting.

For 21.5 hours the FTE salary range is £32,064–£36,579, inclusive of London Weighting. The application end date is 11/10/2026; interviews are planned week commencing 2 November 2026 after half term.

Sutton / Carshalton / Wallington 21.5 hrs - Grade 5\6, spine points 21.1 – 28, Outer London £15,137.90 - £17,269.50 (FTE £32,064- £36,579) inclusive of London Weighting Allowance. 14.5 hrs - Grade 5\6, spine points 21.1 – 28, Outer London £10,209.28- £11,646.87 (FTE £32,064- £36,579) inclusive of London Weighting Allowance 21.5 hrs: Monday, Tuesday (8:45 am – 4:30 pm) and Friday (8:45 am – 4:15pm) 14.5 hrs: Wednesday and Thursday (8:45 am – 4:30 pm) Application End Date: 11/10/2026
