Driving innovation through Cisco and ServiceNow expertise

As a Product and Services Executive aligned to Cisco and ServiceNow, you will maintain expert knowledge of vendor products, achieve certifications, and communicate their value to internal teams and customers. You will collaborate across the business to meet customer needs and reinforce vendor propositions.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintaining expert knowledge of Cisco and ServiceNow products, certifications, and market trends
• Communicating vendor value to internal teams and customers through presentations, demos, and training
• Building and managing strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams to identify opportunities
• Analysing customer needs and competitive positioning to uncover new business and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborating on content creation and delivering onboarding and enablement sessions for sales teams
