Recruited UK is helping leading training providers to recruit a Workshop Technician based at a state‑of‑the‑art training centre in Rochester, Kent. The role focuses on hands‑on guidance to apprentices, maintaining a safe and well‑equipped workshop, and supporting trainers to deliver engaging learning experiences.

You will have Electrical or Engineering NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, proven industry experience, and a full UK driving licence. 25 days leave and a generous benefits package are on offer.

• Must have electrical or engineering NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Proven industry experience.
• Good communication and IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical support and guidance to apprentices during training sessions.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment.
• Support trainers in delivering high‑quality, engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure equipment and resources are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
