The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is seeking a proactive Workshop Team Leader in Romsey to oversee a team of Electrical Technicians and Workshop Operatives on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will provide hands-on technical guidance for electrical/electronic assembly and testing, monitor productivity, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is highly desirable, ideally within an electrical, electronics, engineering, or warehouse environment.
• Candidates must be well organised, confident managing people, and able to motivate a team while maintaining a hands-on, technically focused approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills are essential.

Workshop Team Leader - Electrical / Electronics

Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
