Job summary

Help keep the Transport Workshop running effectively.

What you’ll be doing
  • Processing the daily admin required to keep the Transport Workshop running effectively in real time.
  • Be the first contact point for enquiries from vehicle users concerning all aspects of vehicle servicing and vehicle maintenance.
  • Accurately record vehicle data and maintenance detail on the appropriate systems.
The must haves
  • Hold a City and Guilds Fleet Management qualification or equivalent industry standard qualification, or have equivalent work experience to the stated qualifications.
  • Experience in the day to day running of a Workshop Reception function or similar environment.
  • Experience of using a telematic system to manage vehicle maintenance.
