Clements Young is recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor based in Nottingham for a Workshop Manager to lead a busy and highly skilled fabrication and welding facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a range of projects.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the workshop, managing a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, and maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and productivity. This role is particularly suited to someone with a strong background in mild steel and stainless steel pipework.
