A leading delivery service provider is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager for its Gloucester, Swindon, and Oxford sites. This role is crucial in managing Fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety policies. All Workshop Manager roles require a high degree of flexibility to ensure effective cover across multiple shift operations and the successful candidate may be required to travel to other sites within your area of responsibility.
Royal Mail is currently looking at add an experienced Workshop Manager to its Gloucester, Swindon and Oxford sites. As the Workshop Manager you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of cultural change. You will be accountable for the performance of your Workshop, with specific accountability for delivering performance against all key Maintenance scorecard indicators, including, Safety, Legal, Cost, People and Stakeholder performance measures.

This is a huge undertaking with over 50,000 vehicles and trailer assets, from buying and selling vehicles, providing maintenance and accident repairs, to managing fuel and supplier contracts there are exciting roles for anyone wishing to pursue a career involving vehicle asset management.
