An automotive recruitment agency is looking for a Workshop Manager/Vehicle Technician to run a workshop in Aylesbury. Responsibilities include supervising technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction, along with hands-on technical work. A qualified Light Vehicle Technician with experience in workshop management is preferred. The salary is competitive at £40,000.

Overview

Workshop Manager/ Vehicle Technician required for Automotive independent garage in the Aylesbury area.

Compensation

The salary is £40,000. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

  • Allocating work to the technicians within the workshop

  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the workshop is a safe place to work
  • Looking after the repair centre site
Requirements
  • Previous experience running a workshop
  • Qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent Level 3
  • Confident and capable of carrying out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Offer support and help to your colleagues
  • Able to provide technical advice and carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work, in accordance with technical procedures
  • Full UK Driving Licence
