Workshop Manager - Joinery and Stone Fabrication  |  Location: Hornchurch  |  Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday  |  Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Work location: In person

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations for joinery and stone fabrication.
  • Lead and motivate a skilled workshop team to deliver high-quality products.
  • Plan production schedules, manage materials and inventory, and drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiency and output.
  • Ensure products meet exacting quality standards and adhere to health & safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing production in joinery, woodworking, or stone fabrication workshops.
  • Strong knowledge of workshop machinery, hand tools, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality standards, health & safety procedures, and compliance protocols.
