Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a permanent Workshop Labourer to maintain cleanliness and assist with facility upkeep in Staverton. The ideal candidate has experience in similar roles and ideally some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include emptying bins, topping up coolants, and conducting minor maintenance tasks. This role offers a salary range of £25,350 to £26,364 per annum, working 39 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with a manufacturing or warehouse setting is ideal.
• Previous use of FLT is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Empty bins and maintain site cleanliness.
• Top up coolants as required.
• Assist with facility maintenance, like changing bulbs.
• Keep work areas tidy and conduct general maintenance.

We are now seeking to recruit Workshop Labourer to work for a manufacturing business based in Staverton.

The responsibilities of Workshop Labourer

• Emptying bins, keeping the site tidy
• Topping up coolants
• Some facility maintenance i.e. changing bulbs to maintain a safe and presentable environment
• Keeping the work area tidy, general building maintenance and cleaning

Requirements

• Similar experience in previous role
• Ideally exposure to manufacturing or warehouse environment
• FLT background would be an advantage or willing to be trained
