Workshop Foreman – Full Time – Job Based at Ely factory

Atlantis Tanks Group Ltd manufacture and supply oil & water storage tanks throughout the UK.

We are a fast growing company with 3 depots throughout the UK. We manufacture steel tanks at our depot in Ely, Cambridgeshire and we are looking to hire an experienced foreman and welder/engineer applicant to join our happy and vibrant team there.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Be a team player with the right attitude!
• Able to lead & manage the Ely production team as workshop foreman
• Experience & qualifications in metal welding
• Able to work with mild steel (typically 2mm & 3mm and occasionally up to 5mm thickness)
• Good welding capabilities, be willing to be hands on whilst leading
• Be able to work under pressure at times
• Report up to management – create & manage schedules, setting and providing reports on targets and general management & leadership
• Have the right skill set to effectively manage the Ely production team, especially around shifts and production schedules.
