Job description

A growing leader in welding and fabrication, is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join their busy shop floor team based in Colpy, Insch. This is a hands-on, pivotal role supporting multiple workshop teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As a Workshop Foreman, you'll work closely with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently and meeting quality standards. You'll also collaborate with the QA/QC team to maintain the high standards expected throughout production.

The ideal candidate will have practical workshop experience, a strong team focus, and a proactive approach to organising and driving operations forward in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £38 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • Overtime: x1.5 basic rate
  • Hours per week: 7am - 15.30pm, 39 hours with an early finish on a Friday
