Commutable from Weston‑Super‑Mare, Bristol, Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Wells, Burnham‑on‑Sea, and surrounding areas.

Are you from a heavy mechanical background such as Plant, agricultural, REME, rail, HGV or similar looking to join an ambitious company renowned for its great company culture who will give you full training to step into a team leader position, while allowing you to maximise your earnings through premium overtime opportunities?

On offer is an opportunity to join a market leader in a days‑based workshop role with plentiful enhanced overtime to maximise your earnings and internal and external training to enable you to progress your career as a Team Leader within a well‑renowned organisation.

This company specialises in providing heavy machinery to clients within the construction, rail and other industries. They have recently grown with more depots opening across the UK, with further exciting growth plans coming in 2026.

On offer is a varied role with great training and overtime earning potential, where you will be part of a team carrying out service, maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery, such as diggers, dumpers and excavators, while leading a small team of engineers.

This role would suit someone from a heavy mechanical background, such as plant machinery, construction equipment, rail, HGV, agricultural, REME or similar, who is looking to step into a Team Leader position.

The Role:
  • Monday – Friday, 42.5 hours
  • Service, repair and maintenance of various heavy plant equipment
  • Leading a small team of engineers
  • Plentiful overtime paid at premium rate
The Person:
  • From a mechanical / heavy engineering / vehicle background
  • Candidates from a plant, HGV, REME, agricultural, rail, or similar backgrounds encouraged to apply
  • Looking to progress into a Team Leader position
