Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Facilitator to play a key role in the delivery of our Engineering curriculum. You'll be at the heart of a busy environment, keeping things running smoothly and safely, and to a high standard.

  • Support staff by demonstrating, instructing and guiding students during practical sessions.
  • Carry out routine maintenance.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
  • Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant vocational area.
  • GCSE in Maths and English A‑C/9‑4 or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in the Engineering or Education sector.
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to achieve within 6 months.
