• Previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop is essential.
• Must possess a full and valid UK Driving Licence.

Overview

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive van centre in the Southampton area. Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Duties

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work

Requirements

• Have a previous working experience within a similar role
• Strong Leadership skills
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop

Hours

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday working hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with every third Saturday morning shift.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive basic salary circa £40,000 per annum - Dependent on experience
• OTE £45,000
