We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join us. Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You’ll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met, as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception, thereby maintaining customer satisfaction.
