Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Exeter. We are looking for candidates with proven motor trade Workshop Controller experience who can drive workshop efficiency, manage workflow, and deliver exceptional service standards. Requirements
  • Essential: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
The Package
  • £35,100 Basic Salary
  • Up to £700 monthly bonus - OTE up to £43,500 (uncapped potential)
  • Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week — No weekends
