Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Workshop Assistant (Entry Level) for a site-based role commutable to Slough. You will join a small workshop team and receive full on-the-job training while contributing to the build and assembly of bespoke projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hand tools or workshop exposure and a practical, hands-on approach. This role is Monday to Friday, days-based, with overtime and progression opportunities to develop your technical

This family-run company is a bespoke manufacturer who predominately work within the defence and marine sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Workshop Assistant to join their team.

This is a Monday to Friday, days-based role, joining an experienced workshop team. You will receive full on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your technical skills while increasing your earnings through overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience using tools or previous exposure to a workshop, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or mechanical environment and be eager to build a long-term career within a growing business.

The Role:
