A not-for-profit housing organization is seeking a Works Coordinator to join its Quantity Surveying Team in Ely. We have an opportunity for a Works Coordinator to join our Quantity Surveying Team. The team currently consists of 3 members of staff. You will be responsible for delivering, coordinating and maintaining effective and efficient coordinative systems to support the delivery of services. Responsible for supporting the commercial and project delivery teams by coordinating all aspects of work measurement, valuation, and financial control. This role ensures that project costs are accurately tracked, variations are properly managed, and client requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
