Nuclear Restoration Services is seeking a Works Control Supervisor to join the Site Services team at Dounreay. You will oversee safe execution of work activities, issue permits, and intervene to uphold safety standards and environmental compliance.

A vacancy has arisen for a Works Control Supervisor to join the Site Services team at Dounreay. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all planned work is delivered safely, efficiently and in full environmental compliance.
This is a highly responsible and visible position where you will oversee the safe execution of work activities, including issuing permits and intervening decisively where safety standards or resources fall short. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong site knowledge, ideally of Dounreay operations, who is eager to contribute to a high-performing team and continue developing through ongoing training and professional growth.
You will bring solid site experience and a strong understanding of safety management systems, ideally supported by CITB training. With a collaborative and flexible mindset, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high standards. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence, challenge and support teams effectively, and you are committed to ongoing learning and professional development to meet the evolving demands of the role.
