Workplace Services Assistant

Sheffield - Part time

Keep our workplace running at its best. We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Workplace Services Assistant to make sure our catering areas, kitchenettes, vending machines, and welfare facilities are always clean, safe, and fully stocked. At Sodexo, we know it’s the little details that make the biggest difference. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your efforts are noticed, valued, and rewarded.

What you\'ll do:

• Keep catering and welfare spaces spotless, welcoming, and well stocked
• Refill and check vending machines, ensuring everything is fresh and in date
• Report and help resolve equipment or stock issues quickly
• Provide occasional cover for cleaning colleagues (e.g. during holidays)
• Follow food safety, COSHH, and health & safety procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, helpful attitude

What you\'ll bring:

• Experience in cleaning, catering, or facilities support
• Food Safety Level 2 and knowledge of COSHH regulations
• A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
