Job summary

Hireful is seeking a Workplace Programmes Manager in London to lead the LGBTQ+ inclusion programme. The role focuses on strategic events and communications that support the employer inclusion programme and its publications.

You will design events, content and digital assets to distil complex topics for diverse audiences and collaborate across teams to drive impact.

Location: London, Central Islington, EC1V 4JY

Salary: £38,900 - £41,600

Hours: 35 hours per week (9-day fortnight)

Contract: Permanent

For over two decades their team has provided sector-leading support to workplaces across the public, private and third sector to embed inclusion across policy and practice.

This role is a unique chance to be at the forefront of the strategic events and communications that drive the programme.
