Job summary

Hireful is seeking a Workplace Programmes Manager in London to lead the LGBTQ+ inclusion programme. The role focuses on strategic events and communications that support the employer inclusion programme and its publications.

You will design events, content and digital assets to distil complex topics for diverse audiences and collaborate across teams to drive impact.

Location: London, Central Islington, EC1V 4JY

Salary: £38,900 - £41,600

Hours: 35 hours per week (9-day fortnight)

Contract: Permanent

This Workplace Programmes Manager role sits at the heart of our client's award-winning employer inclusion programme, which is underpinned by impactful events and excellent quality publications. For over two decades their team has provided sector-leading support to workplaces across the public, private and third sector to embed inclusion across policy and practice.

This role is a unique chance to be at the forefront of the strategic events and communications that drive the programme. Their suite of events throughout the year bring people together to learn from the best, build strong connections and create the momentum for change. Their thought leadership provides trusted advice, helps their members stay one step ahead and brings clarity to complex and nuanced topics.
