Workplace Host | Contract: Professional Services, Production & Technology
Location: Manchester, M1 2PZ
Hours of work: 37.5
Contract Type: Permanent

As a Workplace Host, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience, acting as an ambassador for both our clients and ISS. You will help create an environment that promotes well‑being, productivity, and a positive company culture, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the onsite service journey and introduce new initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for colleagues and visitors, delivering a 5-star, concierge-style service.
  • Own and enhance the Touchpoint Journey, creating memorable experiences through exceptional customer service, events, and surprise-and-delight moments.
  • Manage visitor and meeting room processes, supporting guests and stakeholders with a professional, solution-focused approach.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders, capturing preferences and responding creatively to requests.
  • Proactively maintain the workspace by monitoring standards, reporting issues, and supporting housekeeping or maintenance needs.
  • Support community initiatives, events, and wellness activities to foster engagement and connection.
  • Assist the Workplace Lead with operational decisions, process improvements, and ongoing health and safety compliance.
Qualifications
