Peabody is seeking a part-time Workplace Coordinator (Front of House) to deliver a professional, welcoming experience across our corporate offices. The 6-month fixed-term role is 8 hours per week, based at an office with flexibility to cover other sites.
You will greet visitors, manage front desk enquiries, passes and payments, maintain visitor logs, support meeting room bookings, coordinate with suppliers, and carry out Health & Safety checks.

You'll be part of a multifunctional Facilities Support Team, ensuring our workplaces are safe, well-organised and welcoming for colleagues, residents and visitors.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where your professionalism, organisation and attention to detail will make a visible difference every day. You'll be based at one of our offices, with flexibility to support other sites when needed.
