Job summary

Saunders Workplace in London is seeking a hands-on Workplace Change Consultant to support a major workplace transformation programme. You will work closely with business leaders, project teams and employees to drive adoption of new ways of working.

The role is a 12-month contract, 4–5 days per week, paying £550 per day Outside IR35. You will develop change strategies, conduct stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, and create communications and training materials to ensure a successful

• Proven experience delivering workplace change programmes within corporate environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting office relocations, workplace transformations, or hybrid working initiatives.
• Ability to operate independently and take a hands-on approach.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and engagement skills.
